Our visionary founder with over two decades of industry experience, Fernando has worked from the minute details of hands-on sheetrock installation to crafting entire dream homes. His extreme attention to detail ensures each home exudes warmth and comfort, transforming structures into cherished havens. Fernando also owns a thriving cattle company, reflecting his multifaceted approach to life. Married with five children, family is central to Fernando's endeavors, inspiring his dedication to excellence and pushing his team to exceed expectations, making every house feel like a home.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ashley is the heart and powerhouse behind our company's financial and operational management. As a dedicated wife and mother of five children, ranging from a college-bound eldest to a spirited four-year-old, Ashley brings over 15 years of expertise to her role as CFO. Responsible for the day-to-day financials, scheduling, billing, and building planning, Ashley ensures seamless operations with her wizardry in the office. When she's not excelling at work, Ashley cherishes quality time with her family, indulging in travel adventures, and contributing to their flourishing cattle farm, which she and her husband established in 2017.

Blendi is the warm, organized, and dependable support behind the client experience at FRS Homes. With a background in both nursing and real estate, she has a natural gift for taking care of people, offering clarity, reassurance, and steady guidance throughout the homebuilding process. A Florida native who has called Moore County home for over a decade, Blendi understands the joy of building a life in a place you truly love. Her role keeps projects moving smoothly and clients feeling supported from their first question to the moment their home begins taking shape. Outside of work, Blendi enjoys time with her husband and newborn, exploring new countries, and staying connected to the community she cares for so deeply.
